**Job Descriptions**:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging, localized content tailored for e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia & Shopee).
- Optimize and translate content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
2. E-commerce Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms to optimize campaigns and boost visibility.
- Create and implement strategies to target local and regional customers, focusing on dental and healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on trends and promotions specific to Indonesian e-commerce marketplaces.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc) to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Indonesian market.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor performance metrics across all digital channels and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to improve campaign
- Manage brand positioning and messaging
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Measure and report on brand and marketing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets
- Develop an overall digital marketing strategy and see through campaign implementation, including Digital content, Digital Media buying, E commerce, CRM
- Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met
- Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up
- Plan and implement CRM strategies within the company to retain existing customers, enhance brand loyalty, and expand the brand’s value.
- Ensure the customer database is accurately segmented to effectively target marketing activities.
- Oversee the governance of CRM data, including data standards, data auditing, data structure, user access rights, and reporting.
- Strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of CRM program strategies.
- Take responsibility for executing customer retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree required (S1)
- Proven experience in Fashion Retail industry for minimum of 3 years
- Proficient in Ms. Office and Google Workspace
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, ideally within fashion industry
- Experiences as a Digital Advertising Manager
- Experiences in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Able to stay up-to-date on fashion trends.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
