Job Objectives:

Main responsibility:

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Assist teams in improving their Scrum skills and practices.
- Ensure the team understands and follows Agile and Scrum principles.
- Help teams to identify and overcome obstacles that hinder their progress.
- Assist the Product Owner in detailing and managing the Product Backlog.
- Ensure transparency in projects by managing and updating the Scrum board.
- Assists in aligning and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Reporting project progress to the stakeholders involved.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Abilities:

- Having at least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role on a software development team.
- Have a strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to facilitate effective discussions.
- Skills in identifying and overcoming project obstacles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of team members and stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification (such as Certified ScrumMaster) is desirable, but not required.
- Ability to adapt to changes and changing situations.
- Can communicate using English well.
- Have a desire to continue learning and developing new skills.
