**FUNCTION**: Operations

**LOCATION**:Malang, Indonesia

**REPORTS TO**: Area Quality Manager

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

To manage DRBU NC category quality assurance end to end, ensure right QMS and APQP capabilities in DRBU NC supply chain, drive EM Quality performance continuous improvement.

This role will be based in BAT multicategory factory, where in house NC production requires factory quality assurance.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Lead DRBU (Direct Reporting Business Unit) NC (New Category) Quality deliveries in business cycle plans.
- Drive DRBU NC supply chains quality assurance capabilities building.
- Lead BAT Indonesia NC factories quality assurance organization and business success end to end, including BAU and Start Ups.
- Deliver APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) OTIF (on time in full) on e-Liquid business.
- Work closely with the Supplier to drive NC quality performance improvements.
- Build consumer oriented quality culture in DRBU NC.
- Develop DRBU NC Quality Assurance wow (ways of working) and drive execution excellence.

**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Desirably Masters / Bachelor’s graduate caliber in Operations Management, Engineering or Science.
- At least 5 years working experience in Operations line management and/or Project Management experience in FMCG Supply Chain.
- Working experience in Quality Assurance (QMS, TQM, Product Quality) required.
- Working experience in New Product introduction management including supply chain management required.
- Knowledge in APQP & Six Sigma, Modern MRP, MES design & implementation required.
- Experience of recognized quality assurance tools & continual improvement techniques.
- Experience of establishing quality protocols and procedures.
- Experience in Quality Reporting.
