As a part of the Global Procurement team, the **Supplier Compliance Analyst** will be responsible for supporting Micron's Global Procurement Compliance programs including supplier compliance risk assessments and rankings, supplier risk mitigations, and continual improvement of the program. This team is responsible for compliance related evaluation of potential new suppliers to Micron as well as regular reviews of the incumbent supply base. The position will report to the Sr. Manager of Procurement Compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Procurement Compliance Tasks
- Regular review of Procurement spend to identify abnormalities that need to be investigated further for potential cases of fraud, need for training, etc.
- Support internal and external procurement audits and reporting (related to compliance responsibilities)
- Support development of training for Procurement team members and key stakeholders on policies, responsibilities, and expectations
- Support global Compliance communications efforts
- Provide key stakeholders with timely updates on compliance procurement developments, and adjust internal processes as needed.
- Establish and update policies and procedures concerning compliance when needed.
- Manage and monitor compliance of Global Procurement to monitor and enforce internal due diligence policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance of Micron suppliers to applicable compliance policies and procedures concerning procurement and supplier engagement.
- Partner with Corporate Functions (Procurement, Legal and Trade Compliance) to design and implement compliance assessments across business functions and geographic areas and design effective controls based on those assessments
- Drive supplier accountability through both partnership and enforcement of corrective actions
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement in procurement global compliance processes and tools. Particular focus will be on enforcement of policies and procedures and increased employee awareness

Knowledge & Skills:

- Ability to clearly communicate complex topics to various levels of corporate seniority
- Collaborative and responsive, with strong business and procurement acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commitment to integrity
- Ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifts in priorities
- Working knowledge and experience of Micron's supplier management processes
- Working knowledge of RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards, requirements and documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Legal, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of compliance experience
- Ability to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source to pay processes, Exiger,)
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US locations
