**Responsibilities**
- Memastikan dokumen kendaraan sesuai dengan fisik kendaraan.
- Menganalisis hasil pengecekan kendaraan yang telah dilakukan oleh inspector untuk pengajuan pembelian kendaraan.
- Melakukan pelaporan ketika terjadi kejanggalan dalam proses pengecekan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan beberapa divisi lain untuk melakukan tindak lanjut.
- Memantau dokumen kendaraan setelah pengajuan pembelian selesai.
- Menyimpan kertas kerja hasil pengecekan sebagai bukti yang sah.
**Requirements**:
- Latar belakang pendidikan terakhir mínimal Diploma 3 (semua jurusan).
- Memiliki kemampuan komputer yang baik, terutama dalam Microsoft Excel.
- Memiliki latar belakang pengalaman kerja sebagai document control merupakan nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan sistematis.
- Memiliki penampilan yang baik, bermotivasi tinggi, siap bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan menghadapi tenggat waktu yang ketat.
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, keterampilan interpersonal yang baik, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
