**Personal Assistant in Ubud.**

We are seeking for a driven and resourceful Personal Assistant to work closely on various projects. You'll be involved in all aspects of our ventures, from event planning and staff management to villa construction. This role requires someone with a take-action attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to get things done efficiently.

Job location: Bangkiang Sidem, Ubud. Bali.
- Fluent (or near-fluent) in English.
- Trustworthy, and highly motivated
- Willing to adapt to new tasks as projects evolve.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Available to work in Ubud, Bali up to 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday), including visits to construction sites or at a villa.
- Have a good and friendly attitude
- Proactive, resourceful, and result-driven.

As a PA, your primary responsibility is to help the Owner with anything he needs help with within his personal life.

In general, your responsibilities will be:

- **Anticipate Needs**:
Stay attuned to the Owner's daily requirements, ensuring that his personal life runs smoothly and efficiently. Take the initiative to handle tasks and challenges proactively as they arise.
- **Manage Schedules and Communication**:
Coordinate and organize the Owner's personal appointments and engagements, ensuring he is well-prepared and punctual for each. Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
- **Handle Personal Tasks with Adaptability**:
Be ready to step in and assist with any personal tasks that arise. Navigate an ever-changing work environment, handling a diverse range of tasks with agility and efficiency.
- **Engage Proactively and Provide On-Site Support**:
Identify areas within the Owner's personal life where assistance can be provided, even before being asked. Be readily available to provide hands-on assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**:
As you'll be privy to personal details and sensitive information, it's crucial to exercise discretion and maintain the utmost confidentiality at all times.
- **Be Resourceful and Adaptable**:
Given the unpredictable nature of personal tasks, it's essential to approach challenges with creativity and flexibility, finding efficient solutions to any issues that arise.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work seamlessly with our extensive team, fostering positive relationships and promoting a harmonious work environment.
