Business Development Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Business Development Manager in order to achieve business development plan for the company’s market growth
- Provide Capex proposal for both new and renewal stores in order to meets with company’s expansions target.
- Analyze and negotiate several business terms on lease agreements based on our legal review for achieving legal company’s standard.
- Conduct and propose rental negotiation including service charge, promotion levy, lease renewal, and payment terms calculation in order to get alignment internally.
- Monitor terms of payment for all new stores including renewal stores to avoid late penalty charges.
- Check, collate, and provide documents needed for business development function including Lease, Construction, and Permit letter at Terminal 3 Ultimate for achieving opening timeline
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Management or similar field
- At least 1 years experience in Project or Business Development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills
- Passionate about brand and new business development
- Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills
- Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
