**Position Overview**:
**RecruitGo** is looking for a Security Guard to join our client’s team in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our client operates in a high-security environment, requiring vigilant and dependable individuals to ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and logging visitors as required.
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety, security, and proper functioning of equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations and completing reports.
- Enforce policies and procedures regarding facility security, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security breaches and ensure quick response to any incidents.
- Operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and radios.
- Communicate effectively with team members, reporting any security concerns or unusual activities.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations, medical emergencies, and fire alarms.
- Inspect and maintain security equipment regularly, reporting any issues for repair or replacement.
- Work collaboratively with the security team and report to the security supervisor or manager.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar security role.
- Basic knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and crowd control.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV systems, alarms, and two-way radios.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot potential security risks.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel.
