**Overview**:
URC is searching for an experienced Chief of Party for the anticipated $70 million USAID Bersama Menuju Eliminasi dan Bebas dari TB (BEBAS-TB) Activity in Indonesia. The purpose of this five-year Activity is to assist the Government of Indonesia in addressing the TB epidemic and achieving 2030 TB elimination targets by enhancing capacity of TB case finding, improving quality of TB screening and diagnosis, improving quality of TB service delivery, optimizing TB prevention while building stronger and more resilient health system to accelerate TB elimination, strengthening community participation in implementing TB activities, and leading implementation research efforts to improve TB control.

**Position Description**:
The Chief of Party (COP) will provide strategic, managerial, technical leadership and management oversight to the Activity. S/he will oversee all aspects of the Activity implementation, including program quality, personnel and financial management. S/he will ensure close coordination with USAID and other stakeholders, ensuring that all Activity interventions are of high quality and lead to measurable impact. S/he will be responsible for timely and adequate implementation of activities, deliverables, execution, monitoring and reporting of the Activity.

**Responsibilities**:
The COP leads the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the strategic and technical leadership, financial, management and administrative oversight of the project. Specific roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide overall strategic vision, technical leadership, and oversight for BEBAS-TB.
- Provide an appropriate balance of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills to coordinate effective implementation of program activities, including development of a dynamic learning agenda and adaptive management approach.
- Make programmatic decisions and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
- Oversee program data quality compliance, including development of data tracking and monitoring systems USG or donor funding audit standards; and oversee sub-grant development, including compliance with programmatic objectives and URC\USAID financial and administrative regulations.
- Responsible for overall financial management and administration of the project; approve local financial transactions and authorize expenditures from local bank accounts; and approve all aspects of project procurement and logistics.
- Serve as spokesperson and advocate, representing the Activity to USAID, national and sub-national local government officials, private sector leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Represent BEBAS-TB and URC at local, regional, and international fora.

**Qualifications**:
