As **Labor Relations Manager **, you will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures; guides all levels of management on labor matters.

**Additional Info**:
Shift: Regular

Work Location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.

**What You Will Do**:

- Directing the operation of labor relations programs and functions in the organization; ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Establishing and maintaining satisfactory labor-management relations to promote a positive labor-management relations environment within the organization.
- Overseeing and guiding the resolution of all types of labor relations issues including collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, arbitration, etc.
- Advising management on changes to existing policies to ensure compliance with new or proposed regulations.
- Representing the organization in general legal hearings on local regulations pertaining to labor issues.

**What You Have (required)**:

- Good proficiency in English.
- Having a minimum of 10 years of experience in labor relations.
- Expert in Indonesian labor laws.
- **Required Skills**:Conflict Management, Influencing, Risk Assessment for Industrial Issues, Disciplinary Actions, CLA Negotiation, Interpersonal Relationships, Industrial Relations, HR Legal and Regulatory Environment, Coaching and Employee Engagement.
- Ability to strategize & execute labor relations program.
- Experience/background in large-scale company.
- Additional experience or background in HR Business Partner.
- Have a strong network with the government related to Labor Relations.
