**In this critical role, you'll be the strategic mastermind behind our entire IT infrastructure. You'll lead a talented team of IT professionals, spearhead major IT initiatives, and ensure our technology is secure, reliable, and empowers our business goals.**

**Here's what you'll conquer**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including network management, cybersecurity, data center operations, and cloud services.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT systems and software.
- Champion innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage IT budgets effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Cultivate a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Proactively manage IT risks and ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place.

**To be our IT mastermind, you'll ideally possess**:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, cybersecurity, and current technological trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- The ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and make sound decisions under pressure.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp20,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
