**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As Account Partner (Business Transformation Consultant) you will work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. You will also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organisation enablement, or knowledge. You will identify best practices and client performance gaps if any. You will use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develops comprehensive transformation recommendations. The employee Influences the functional strategy.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 12+ years of work experience in similar role
- Technical consulting skills working on services engagements for clients
- Good understanding of the digital transformation domain
- Proven collaboration and team leadership with the ability to work effectively in a complex environment

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience working with key stakeholders.
- Influences people and organizations, including executive management, when issues are complex/difficult and require considerable diplomacy.
