E - Group Sales Performance Support

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Reports:
- Provide daily monitoring and weekly sales tracker for Agency channel
- Consolidate and recheck production report by liaising with Corporate Business Ops Team
- Provide weekly sales report for management & PAO team
- Consolidate sales tracker update from all Group Sales for Agency
- Provide analysis and insight about team performance (by KPM/region) to HOD
- Liaise with Corporate Business and IT to create automatic sales dashboard
- Sales Administration:
- Consolidate all prospects database
- Tracking closing doc completion and after sales delivery (policy, cards, etc)
- Follow up clients for any incomplete closing document
- Liaise with Corporate Business Ops Team for AAJI License & QP user ID of Group Sales for Agency
- Liaise with other depts for sales business trips, entertainment/transport/hp reimbursements
- Prepare Agreement with Partners & liaise with related depts for sign off
- Prepare SOP for Agency tender
- Prepare corporate and other documents needed for tender (liaise with related department such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, etc)
- Any preparation needed for sales training/meeting such as venue booking/online invitation, scheduling, e-certificate, gimmick, etc.
- Sales Kit:
- Provide standard sales presentation in Bahasa & English
- Liaise with PAO Trainer Dept for standard training material, sales pitch/playbook
- Provide customized sales presentation required by Group Sales
- Liaise with Marketing Team or other dept for marketing collateral
- Sales Event/Campaign/Contest
- Liaise with Marketing, Corporate Business Ops Team, and other related depts for sales event/campaign/contest preparation and execution
- Prepare business case/budget proposal with Corporate Business BDS Team
- Provide after event/campaign/contest report and tracker

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major, business administration is more preferred

**Experience**:
- Min 3 years working experience in insurance, EB and/or business development support is preferred
- Sales performance dashboard

Knowledge and Skill:
- Strong MS Office
- Proficient in English esp. in writing
