Kami dari Perusahaan Monami Bakery sedang membutuhkan Head Baker yang berkompeten dan berpengalaman.

**Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan**:
1. Mempersiapkan bahan untuk keperluan produksi sesuai dengan resep perusahaan, diantaranya seperti kegiatan menimbang dan menakar bahan baku produksi.
2. Memastikan/memeriksa kualitas dan kelayakan dari bahan baku, serta alat yang digunakan dalam mengolah adonan sampai dengan menjadi produk (Roti).
3. Mengawasi pelaksanaan tata kerja dari Pastry Chef (Karyawan Produksi) dan Pengawas Produksi.
4. Sanggup menerima masukan dari Owner atau, dengan kreatifitas yang tinggi berinovasi membuat suatu produk yang baru dan mampu memberikan penjelasan dalam presentasi bahwa produk baru tersebut akan digemari Customer.
5. Memberikan penjelasan, masukan, dan sanggahan dalam rapat rutin bersama dengan Owner dengan baik mengenai keadaan lingkungan tempat kerjanya maupun issue mengenai produk roti tertentu (Laporan).
6. Mampu menganalisa dengan professional bila suatu produk mendapatkan complain dari Customer, mencegahnya agar tidak terulang kembali dan membuat penjelasan tertulis dan permohonan maaf yang nantinya disampaikan kebagian CS/HRD untuk diteruskan kepada Customer yang complain.
7. Laporkan semua masalah peralatan dan masalah perawatan, bahaya keselamatan yang diketahui, atau praktik dan prosedur yang tidak aman dalam rapat.
8. Harus memiliki sikap positif dan memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan berbagai macam orang dan bekerjasama dengan rekan kerja secara efisien dan efektif.
9. Memahami cara kerja alat - alat produksi dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan alat - alat yang digunakan oleh perusahaan yang merupakan standard dalam mempertahankan ke otentikan produknya. (modern-traditional tools).
10. Berkordinasi dengan Owner dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan di situasi kondisi tertentu yang mendesak.

**Syarat Pengalaman**:
Pengalaman mínimal 2 Tahun di bidang Head Baker / (Expert) Chef Pastry dengan produksi makanan bervolume tinggi.

**Keahlian**:
1. Kepemimpinan yang baik dan membawa aura positif dalam tim.
2. Menguasai berbagai macam alat alat produksi pastry.

**Kualifikasi**:
1. Jenis kelamin Pria/wanita.
2. Usia max 38 tahun.
3. Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang Head Baker / (Expert) Chef Pastry.
4. Pendidikan SMK/D3/S1 Tata Boga atau Jurusan Baking and Pastry Art.

**Tunjangan**:
BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

**Waktu Bekerja**:
Jam 08.00 - 17.00 wib (Mengikuti kebutuhan dan keperluan pabrik - Situasional).
