- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 Jurusan Arsitektur/Teknik Sipil
- Memiliki pengalaman Fit Out mínimal 3 tahun di MALL
- Mampu membaca RAB, gambar arsitektur dan persyaratan bahan konstruksi
- Menguasai Autocad, PhotoShop, SketchUP atau Grafis 3D
- Dapat melakukan rencana pengaturan di lokasi sesuai gambar yang disetujui
- Komunikatif, inisiatif tinggi, bekerja sama dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target waktu

**Dekripsi Pekerjaan**:

- Bertanggung jawab dalam mengontrol, menganalisa dan melaksanakan kegiatan operasional Fit Out dari awal sampai akhir dan memastikan semua kegiatan berjalan baik secara prosedural (BQ)
- Mengelola dan mengkaji desain penyewa, dan mengkoordinasikan standar teknis dan prosedur konstruksi yang meliputi arsitektur, sipil, dan ME.
- Memberikan rekomendasi atas area umum dan memastikan melengkapi program kerja sesuai dengan jadwal dan standar
- Memeriksa dan memantau area Penyewa, memastikan bahwa desain/konstruksi berada dalam kriteria atau parameter yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen
- Mengkoordinasikan dan membantu Penyewa selama renovasi, memastikan bahwa konstruksi/renovasi selesai sesuai jadwal
- Melakukan pengawasan terkait pekerjaan vendor agar dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan design, waktu dan budget yang telah ditetapkan
- Melaksanakan administrasi dan berkoordinasi terkait dengan kegiatan purchasing terkait dengan negosiasi dan tender, dll
