RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing of payroll & income tax calculation
- Fostering effective communication between employee and management
- Processing compensation & benefit administration
- Complete employee information record and personnel documents
- Preliminary recruitment process
- Coordinate Training need and analysis
- Interact with external parties i.e. Consultant, HR Agency, Government bodies
- To manage employee medical reimbursement
- Implement ESHQ in the area of responsibility

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: Degree of Management, Business Administration
- Additional skills and abilities required for this position: Computer literacy, English, Law Labor literate, Interpersonal Skill, General HR Management, People Management, ESHQ, ISO related procedure, Product knowledge
- Technical Knowledge: Payroll Application, Labor Law
- Could work under pressure
