The responsibilities of this position is including the followings:
- Manage and arrange the schedules, agenda and/or appointments.
- Preparation of required documentations and/or materials for the customer/unit's related activities.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Receive and manage calls for the customer/unit.
- Taking minutes of meeting for meetings.
- Perform other relevant duties.
Minimum Qualifications: Perform secretarial activities in order to assist the customer/unit in achieving company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, by optimizing existing resources in a professional manner that benefits the company.
The minimum qualifications and experience are as following:
- Bachelor Degree in Management / Secretarial
- 2 to 3 years as a secretary
