We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Head of IT. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all aspects of information technology within our local property company, ensuring smooth operations and supporting business growth through effective technology solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives, to drive innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Strong in Cloud configuration, AWS/Google/Azure & Linux
- Experience in Cyber Security & Network Design
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure a high-performance culture that delivers results.
- Identify and prioritize the IT needs of the organization, based on feedback from key stakeholders and industry trends, and oversee the implementation of IT solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT systems, tools, and processes into the company's operations, ensuring streamlined workflows and enhanced productivity.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure, recommending necessary upgrades or improvements to maintain optimal functionality.
- Oversee IT project management, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and with adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, information security protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure IT services and solutions that meet the company's needs while optimizing costs and maintaining service level agreements.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, and new trends in property technology (PropTech) to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead and drive change and transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital readiness within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in strategic planning, providing input on technology-related opportunities, risks, and investments to support the company's long-term growth objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 12 + years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT strategies, driving digital transformation, and managing IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems, CRM software, and other technology solutions commonly used in the industry.
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels and departments within the organization.
- Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and lead through change.
