**Job specifics/responsibilities**:

- Ensure a close, collaborative working relationship and alignment with the Channel Sales team
- Is an integral part of the Partner Account Team; participates in Partner business reviews, understands partners’ business environment & market segments, drives the creation and execution of the Partner Success Delivery Plan aligned to the Partner Business Plan.
- Develop and nurture a strong Partner relationship at all levels, including executive level.
- Work with the partner’s management to ensure program and process compliance and is the partner’s primary contact for HPE’s Partner Delivery Programs and Authorisations.
- Take ownership of partner issues and work to satisfactory resolution
- Act as escalation point for all partner escalations
- Support and motivate partners to achieve high performance results
- New Partner Setup
- Deliver operational trainings - Engagement model, Tools and Processes
- Communicate any program or program documentation changes, etc.
- Ensure assigned partners make correct financial claims where applicable
- Drive operational improvements for assigned partners
- Ensure all assigned partners are meeting metrics targets according to enabled delivery authorisations
- Ensure assigned partners deliver high quality customer satisfaction in service delivery to customers
- Work under own initiative and take ownership of issues, ensuring best in class support to partners and customers
- Contribute to and help drive implementation of APAC or WW sponsored initiatives within assigned territory
- Support other territories within the APAC region if/when required

- Channel Partner management and operations teams
**Education and professional experience required**:

- 5 years of experience in a similar position, or a role containing significant components of the required deliverables
- Previous experience with Channel Partners is an advantage
- Previous experience with sales is an advantage

- Accomplished relationship management skills (internal and external)
