Reporting to AVP, Head of Project Management, this position is responsible to
support development and implementation of company key/strategic initiatives and analyze specific issues related to business strategy implementation and provide recommendation
**Preferred skills**
- Strategy Implementation / Project Management
- Business analytic capability supported by KPI reporting skills
- Accounting and Financial Reporting (including budgeting, cost and benefit analysis, etc)
- General knowledge in Solvency and Profitability in Life Insurance Companies
- Insurance Company Operations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and writing)
**Qualifications**
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university from any field with strong analytical background
- At least 6 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in supporting the management of medium to large size projects with expertise in Project Management Methodology
- Life insurance industry experience
- Industry recognized project management certification would be beneficial
**Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of key/strategic projects as assigned by the management
- Conduct the development of Business Case of key initiatives, including support in obtaining the approvals
- Assist in the development of Corporate Strategic Plan and OKRs
