**About the role**:

**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:

- Devise and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our medical range, deeply rooted in customer insights and competitive research.
- Craft and refine impactful marketing materials to clearly convey the benefits of our products to a diverse audience.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to create cohesive marketing strategies and achieve shared objectives.
- Analyse programme effectiveness, share valuable insights, and adjust strategies to optimise impact and return on investment.
- Keep abreast of medical trends, customer feedback, and market shifts to inform ongoing marketing initiatives.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven track record in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, with stellar project management capabilities.
- Solid experience in shaping and implementing marketing strategies, supported by strong analytical and financial assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation talents, capable of engaging and aligning a variety of stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including regulatory landscapes and customer engagement techniques.
- A creative mindset for innovation and a dedication to customer-focused improvements.
- Willingness to travel when necessary to bring our vision closer to our customers.
