**What you will do**:

- **Strategy Implementation**: Implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the fintech sector to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech, banking, financial service industry or a related field.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, data analytics) are a plus.
- **Skills**:Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing channels and content marketing (copywriting).
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creativity**:Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
- **Communication**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
