Human Resources Coordinator

Our client, an enchanting luxury boutique hotel, offering a journey of wonder, tranquillity, and harmony, is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is ready to lead a luxury lifestyle boutique hotel with exciting HR plans in the near future.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum one year of HR experience preferred, familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, or payroll is a plus.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, with knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people skills to build trust and resolve employee concerns effectively.
- High level of accuracy and commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong time-management skills to handle multiple HR processes simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to addressing challenges and streamlining workflows.
- Comfortable using HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools for efficient operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the execution of day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining talent records and documentation.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate HR transactions, such as promotions and transfers.
- Act as a point of contact for talents, addressing inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving minor employee relations issues and escalate complex matters to the HR Manager.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Venue HR Supervisor to conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Stay informed about changes in labour laws and communicate updates to talents.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for talents, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Assist in tracking talent’s participation in training programs and maintaining training records.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
- Support the creation and distribution of HR communications to talents.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for the venue.
- Contribute to regular updates on key HR performance indicators.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary information and resources.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to provide a comprehensive onboarding experience.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise new hires with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with the Venue HR Supervisor to implement conflict resolution strategies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of HR management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collect feedback from employees to enhance HR processes and services.
- Support the implementation of improvements in HR systems and procedures.
- Assist in managing relationships with HR service providers and vendors.
- Collaborate with external partners to address any issues related to HR operations.
- Contribute to evaluating vendor performance and providing feedback.
- Support the implementation of health and safety protocols in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Contribute to talent awareness programs on health and safety practices.
