Operations - Administration Support - Jakarta

The Core Objectives:
1. Assisting AM in the merchant onboarding process
2. In Charge to help AM to create, maintain and record partnership and promo agreement
3. Providing visibility to related stakeholders on current agreement process
4. Providing visibility to related stakeholders in regards to promotional cost
5. Coordinate with legal, DPO, and cyber security to expedite the merchant agreement process
6. Coordinate with Ops team during the onboarding process
7. Maintain the client data is up to date (TID, MID, legal document)
8. Make sure no document is expired during the cooperation
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Microsoft Office Skills Advanced Skills
2. Communication and Negotiation Skills
3. Stakeholder management
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
2. Comfortable with works base on priority
Criteria:
1\ At least one year experience in data processing and analytics or releted works
2\ Advance skills in Office or GSuite incl. Excel/Sheet and Powerpoint/Slides
3\ Bachelor's Degree in any major
4\ Open for Fresh Graduate with meaningful internship exposure in a startup company
5\ Communication and negotiation skills, and stakeholders management skills
6\ English conversant is a must
7\ Priority setting
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp506,700,000 per month
