Scope
Managing the PRUsales academy in training, education and development area for sales/agency forces to meet with company objectives.

Job Description

Learning & Development:
  • To organize, plan and implement the execution of Prudential Learning & Development Programs as per company standard for all Agency Forces, starting from onboarding new agent learning & development up to agency leaders.
  • Continuously look for effective new ways in delivering and developing sales force learning & development methods.
  • To develop training material for new products, plan and execute go-to market.
  • To coordinate the implementation of agency certification process, which includes Contract Examination and AAJI Agent License.
  • From time to time, developing and reviewing learning & development programs to ensure professionalism of agency force (sales process, sales discipline, and better customer service).
  • To work together with Agency Business Development department related to coordinating the implementation of training and agency development through synergic decentralization.
  • To monitor and evaluate continuously the development of training materials creatively and innovatively as well as providing sales kits/tools for professional agents.
  • To execute the development process of trainer's quality standards on a regular basis.
  • To oversee and control the budget of learning & development.
  • To be responsible for administering, supervising, organizing and maximizing the use of the Prudential Training Centre.
Recruitment & Activation
  • Ensure recruitment process towards quality agents since onboarding up to new agent activation.
  • Drive the new business activation from New Recruits that contributes to overall company sales objectives.
  • Work together with Head Agency Business Development to develop business growth by driving the recruitment of agency sales force.
PruVenture
  • Ensure strategic planning and program execution for professional agents since onboarding and development of full-time agents through Pruventures program.
  • To organize, plan and implement the execution of PRU Venture Programs as per company standard for all Agency Forces, especially in the beginner to advanced agent level as well as new agency leaders.
MDRT & Elites
  • Provide strategic leadership to MDRT, ensuring its continued growth and impact. This involves setting organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and representing PLA Indonesia MDRT on a global stage.
  • MDRT Membership Management, ensuring that professionals who meet the stringent criteria, such as demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ethical conduct, and outstanding client service.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in economics, business management or related fields.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Insurance industry including experience in setting cross departmental strategies in defining and setting business planning to support business growth.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to think both conceptually and strategically.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
