Kuy Studio is a self-photo studio brand with 8 branches across Indonesia, empowering individuals to capture their moments with full creative freedom. As we grow, we're looking for a Finance Lead who's not only good with numbers but also passionate about building smart, efficient systems that support creativity at scale.

Your Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Bookkeeping

- Oversee daily financial activities, including expense tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.

- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping for HQ and 8 branches.

- Maintain and improve financial SOPs across outlets.

2. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Assist in planning monthly and quarterly budgets.

- Monitor actual vs budget performance and flag issues early.

- Track ROI on campaigns, tools, and new initiatives.

3. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare concise and insightful financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).

- Analyze trends and provide actionable financial insights to the CEO.

- Support branch managers with financial dashboards and tools.

4. Tax & Compliance

- Ensure proper tax documentation and timely submission (PPh, PPN, etc).

- Coordinate with tax consultants and accountants for compliance.

- Handle vendor payments and ensure legal and financial documentation is in place.

5. Cash Flow & Treasury

- Manage daily and weekly cash flow planning.

- Monitor bank accounts and ensure healthy liquidity.

- Recommend improvements to cash efficiency and branch-level financial discipline.

Your Profile

Must-Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

- 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles.

- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, etc).

- Familiar with accounting software (Jurnal, Accurate, or similar).

- Knowledge of Indonesian tax & payroll regulations.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in managing multi-branch operations.

- Worked in startups, creative industries, or service businesses.

- Comfortable collaborating with non-finance teams (ops, marketing, tech).

- Basic understanding of financial automation tools or dashboarding.

Soft Skills:

- Reliable, independent, and solutions-driven.

- Strong communication skills – able to explain financial data simply.

- Growth mindset – willing to improve and build from the ground up.

- Integrity is a must – you'll be trusted with sensitive info.
