  1. Melakukan pengawasan agar operator bekerja sesuai prosedur, dan mencapai target produksi juga meningkatkan hasil produksi dengan menjaga standart kualitas yang telah di tetapkan di semua shift.
  2. Memantau, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi kinerja pabrik dalam hal efisiensi, produktivitas, keandalan/reliability, ketersediaan, kedisiplinan, kesehatan, lingkungan, dan anggaran (Memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya serta meminimalisasi Lead Time dan Work In Proces).
  3. Bertanggung jawab terhadap persiapan & melakukan koordinasi proses produksi disemua area line produksi.
  4. Mengontrol Cycle Time Proses Produksi, gangguan proses, defect dengan pendekatan OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  5. Terlibat dengan tim SDM untuk merekrut personel Operasi dan menyiapkan program dan induksi kesiapan kompetensi (WIP) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.
  6. Mengelola dan memimpin tim operator, teknisi, dan staf pendukung untuk memelihara dan mengoperasikan fasilitas untuk mencapai operasi yang aman dan efisien.
  7. Mengelola pengadaan sparepart, perlengkapan dan material yang dibutuhkan untuk pengoperasian fasilitas.
  8. Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain, seperti Maintenance, Sales, PPIC untuk memastikan kelancaran produksi dan pengiriman.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri/Mesin.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai kepala produksi.
  3. Memiliki kemampuan analisa, problem solving yang kuat dan tegas dalam pengambilan keputusan.
  4. Memiliki integritas tinggi dan mampu melakukan perencanaan strategis.
  5. Dapat bekerja secara dinamis dan memiliki wawasan luas tentang dunia industri.
