Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with the company's financial goals.Manage cash flow forecasting, planning, and optimization to meet operational requirements and maximize returns.Build and maintain strong banking relationships to secure optimal financial services and terms.Proactively manage foreign exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies to protect the company from currency fluctuations.Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Conduct thorough treasury performance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as some years of experience in a MNC business with matrix structure. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.
