Job Description

Manage and control the validation of new products and processes related to mixing.Collaborate closely with I&D and Operations teams to develop robust methods and specifications.Ensure all products meet key quality attributes, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.Optimize and refine processes to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.Conduct thorough analysis and testing to validate new processes and ensure their reliability.Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all validation activities.Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and process improvements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
