Job Description
Project Planning and Management:
Lead the planning and implementation of MEP projectsDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.Design and Development:Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review and approve MEP designs.Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.Provide technical guidance and support during the design phase.
Execution and Oversight:Oversee all phases of MEP installation, commissioning, and handover.Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance and Control:Implement and maintain quality control procedures.Ensure all MEP installations adhere to safety and quality standards.Conduct final inspections and testing to ensure systems are fully operational.
Communication and Reporting:Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports.Document all project activities, including changes and deviations.
Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MEP systems in data center or similar high-tech facilities.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale MEP projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and industry standards.Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Proficient in project management software and tools.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must.Willingness to relocate to North Batam, Indonesia, if not currently residing there.Ability to travel as needed to meet project demands.
