Developing and establishing all standard documents (interview scoring, interview guidelines, etc.) required in doctor recruitment to ensure uniform implementation.

Evaluating the effectiveness of the recruitment plan and recommending necessary actions to develop recruitment strategies to meet the hospital's doctor staffing needs.

Building good working relationships with external parties (doctor communities, government agencies, etc.) to ensure ease in referring doctor candidates (sourcing).

Qualifications Good knowledge of clinical governance and organizational improvement approaches. Flexible and positive attitude towards working in a dynamic and continuously evolving work environment.
