PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) is one of the long-established pioneers in the financing sector in Indonesia. Founded in 1982, BFI Finance is recognized as a company with a wide network, supported by more than 200 financing outlets across provinces. In 1990, the Company became one of the first multifinance companies to list its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange (both now known as IDX), with the ticker code BFIN.
Facilitate and provide technical support to ensure alignment of implementation with the established strategies and programs.
Facilitate and provide consultation on Human Capital work programs, covering employee administration and employment SOPs, to ensure policy compliance in implementation and smooth, orderly administration.
Collaborate with the Recruitment team to facilitate the fulfillment of employees according to specifications.
Collaborate with the Learning team to ensure the implementation of training programs following the existing matrix and programs.
Collaborate with the Industrial Relations and Culture team to develop the implementation of programs
Implementation of HR policies, services and programs for the respective business;
Facilitate and assist in the implementation and recommendation of programs.
University degree, preferably with additional specialist qualification in Human Resource Management
At least 3- 5years’ experience as HR business partner,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
Have strong numerical and analytical skills
Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity
