About Our Client A Leading Brand in Airtight Food Storage Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across all sales channels, including Modern Trade, General Trade (via distributors), E-commerce, and B2 B (to banks, institutions, MLM). Identify and secure new business opportunities, including opening new sales channels and acquiring new distributors. Manage and lead the sales team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Work closely with the President Director to develop and execute plans to increase EBIT. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team. The Successful Applicant Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors. Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including experience with Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and B2 B sales channels. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
