    Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, including high-level executives.
Oversee annual dealer unit wholesale sales targets.Collaborate closely with dealers to establish partnerships with key end-user customers.Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring timely delivery of monthly reports.Provide regular updates to management and headquarters on key performance indicators, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual reports.Lead regional sales teams, manage administrative tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies.Drive unit sales, monitor key performance indicators, and oversee effective management and operations.

The Successful Applicant

Hold a bachelor's degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum twelve years of progressive experience in Sales within the heavy equipment industry, especially for Excavator and Wheel Loader units.Maintain a robust professional network and actively seek to expand it.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated expertise in SAP.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel domestically.
