    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Identify and select suitable products to enhance our white label offerings.Conduct forecasting and budgeting to ensure financial efficiency.Perform end-to-end processes independently, from product selection to market analysis.Conduct visits to stores, suppliers, competitors, and market areas to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the related roles and industry/Experience as a Brand Manager or Product Manager in retail groceries and/or food (experience in fashion, hardware, and other types of merchandise will not be considered).Keen eye for quality and pricing.Hands-on, multitasking individual capable of managing end-to-end processes independently.

Preferences:Strong negotiation skills.Ability to forecast and budget effectively.Independent worker who thrives in a dynamic environment.The role is based in Bekasi, with frequent visits to stores, suppliers, and competitors.
