Proven 10 years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on retail banking or financial services.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful digital product initiatives.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in agile product management methodologies and tools.Experience with UX/UI design principles and practices is a plus.
