- Strategic Planning and Execution: Oversee the strategic planning, organization, execution, and monitoring of sales activities for B2C products.
- Sales Targets and Metrics: Achieve sales targets, increase the number of outlet transactions, and drive sales revenue and volume.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on product penetration, sales volume, and product availability and visibility in key cities across Indonesia.
- Promotion Development: Develop national trade and marketing promotions for B2C products, and monitor and analyze their execution.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Education: Diploma (D-3) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years as a Sales Supervisor or a minimum of 4 years as a Senior Sales representative. Had experiences managing GT and MT candidates are preferable.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer applications.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrates strong leadership and effective communication skills.
