Salary:
According to experience Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm The Counter Service and Paint Associate is responsible for greeting customers in the store and providing them with quality service. As a counter clerk, you are a reference for customers. The clerk answers all the questions from customers and handles the entire ordering process, ensuring customer satisfaction. Main tasks
• Greet customers;
• Serve customers at the counter;
• Answer phone calls;
• Prepare customer orders;
• Delivering orders (if necessary);
• Other related tasks. Requirements
• Good customer service skills such as interpersonal skills, dynamism, good listening skills and respect;
• Punctuality and initiative;
• Have a valid driver's license;
• Fluent in French, English is an asset;
• Good physical health to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally)
• Experience in the body shop industry, an asset;
