Job Description
s : Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals and objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on organizational design, culture, and employee engagement. Lead and manage the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture within the HR function Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract, select, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization. Ensure workforce planning supports the organization’s long-term objectives and growth. Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and career development opportunities Foster a positive organizational culture, promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration. Lead employee engagement initiatives to increase job satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Address complex employee relations issues and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution in alignment with organizational values and legal standards Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the marketplace and alignment with business goals. Regularly review and update compensation structures to attract and retain top talent. Manage employee benefits administration to ensure they are competitive, comprehensive, and cost-effective Promote leadership and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Implement strategies for talent development, including training programs and leadership development initiatives Oversee the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices. Monitor HR risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid legal disputes and ensure compliance with law Prepare regular HR reports and present findings to senior leadership, providing recommendations for continuous improvement Job

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree a related field with HR (Master Degree is Preferred) Minimum 8 – 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles covering multiple HR functions Strong exposure to labor relations and union management in Indonesia Advanced in Excel Fluent in English, both spoken and written
