Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the Finance & Accounting department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee daily cash management, cash flow management, and financial closing processes.
- Effectively communicate with auditors during financial closing.
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to monitor and optimize profitability.
- Manage credit control functions, including screening and setting credit limits.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a lead or senior manager in a Finance or Accounting department
- Proven experience working in a F&B company for over 5 years.
- Fluent business-level English communication skills (written and spoken).
