**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Development and Management:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for travel eSIM products, from concept to launch and beyond.- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and market demands.- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Planning:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution plans.
- Customer Focus:
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, translating insights into actionable product improvements.- Ensure a superior customer experience by continuously refining product features and addressing pain points.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, leveraging their feedback to drive product innovation.- Create and execute customer engagement initiatives, such as loyalty programs and referral incentives.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on product goals and progress.- Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.- Lead product-focused meetings and workshops, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Innovation and Market Leadership:
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the travel eSIM market.- Identify and implement new features, services, and technologies that enhance our eSIM offerings.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing our product leadership and vision.- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on telecommunications, travel, or related industries.- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.- Experience with eSIM technology and international markets is a significant advantage.
