- Identify fashion trends and target customer needs to guide product strategy and positioning.
- Translate brand concepts into designs and products ready for production while ensuring quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product development and meet deadlines.
- Oversee timelines from development to launch, ensuring inventory is prepared for campaigns.
- Analyze post-launch sales performance and provide insights for product improvements in future seasons.
