**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
To proactively and enthusiastically manage & guide Administration, liaison, security, safety & environment, plant HR, loading & unloading, and housekeeping department by implementing and monitoring or related polices system and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage liaison work with government authorities & manage their officials’ visits; build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships; facilitate communications and coordinates activities between government offices and organization
- Liaison with local industrial area development authorities and prompt notification to the management about any areas of concern with resolution.
- Factory related all types of licensing works, preparation and submission of related report to the management.
- Department wise compliance assessment: Preparing and disseminating compliance obligation list and follow up with department managers for compliance and ensure that related reports are being drafted and kept
- Formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing employee related policies in consultation with the management.
- Assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions.
- Discussion with vendors and service providers needed for local business operation
- Collaborate & discuss with local partner-businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services
- Ensuring daily loading and unloading as per standard operating procedure
- To develop & implement health, safety & environment polices in the factory.
- Develop employee’s motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere in the factory.
- Prepare regular & periodic reports covering all important functions and activities for upper management

**Skills and Key Requirements**
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in spoken English and proficient in business correspondence
- Ability to manage and priorities multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and make decisions that impact business results and maximize profitability
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and must be willing to take initiative to proactively solve conflicts and address issues.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle data fast and accurately
- Exceptional interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp18,209,780 - Rp27,314,670 per month
