Wellness Sales Manager

Summary
- To conduct The Spa membership selling activities and responsible to communicate these activities to the respective direct reports.
- To create and maintain a database and ensure implementation of appropriate sales development and acquisition activities.
- To make sure that all The Spa membership proposals, collateral, digital tools and other sales communications are in line with the hotel’s and HI’s Brand standards and up to date in terms of information.
- To be aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel’s financial performance.
- To follow the established hotel policies and procedures when signing contracts on behalf of the Spa Department.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, developing and adjusting membership sales account.
- To ensure that the best use is made of technology.
- To entertain existing and potential member based on business priorities.
- To assist in creating a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct membership sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communication.
- To work closely with other management personnel in supportive and flexible manner, focusing on The Spa membership and the satisfaction of the members.
**Qualifications**:
- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
- Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
- Strong in leadership and business acumen
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
