**Purchasing Officer**

As a Purchasing Officer at Saltlick, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement team's activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the procurement process, maintaining records, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and supplies to our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet the organization's procurement needs.
- Work closely with the Manager to prepare purchase orders.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support efficient operations.
- Assist in compliance checks to ensure adherence to procurement policies and relevant regulations.
- Support cost analysis and budget tracking efforts as needed.
- Make stock opname and purchasing bills report.

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to commiunicate in english
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
