They rapidly iterate, constantly reinvent, and obsessively experiment when it comes to product innovation and consumer experience.- Responsibilities-
- Develop a comprehensive curriculum design for the Preschool/Math for Kids program, including leveling guidelines and main curriculum guidelines.
- Plan and execute content creation, such as placement tests, course planning skeletons, classroom activities, worksheets/books, and classroom decks.
- Establish hiring and training processes for teachers to ensure a qualified and motivated team.
- Manage class scheduling and day-to-day learning center operations for a smooth and efficient learning environment.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Students Renewal Rate through continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams on developing marketing strategies and events to promote the program.
- Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing early childhood education or mathematics programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
