**About**Ashoka** ASPIRe is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to help us grow and support our vibrant network of changemakers. In this role, you’ll help shape and run our Accelerator program—recruiting inspiring Ashoka Fellows, supporting their journeys, and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You’ll work across teams, coordinate with mission-driven partners, and help bring our annual Summit to life. **What You'll Do**: - Lead the recruitment and onboarding of high-potential Fellows and their Mission Teams. - Support Mission Teams throughout their journey, ensuring they’re connected, informed, and thriving. - Keep our systems and records organized and up to date. - Coordinate across teams to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track. - Help plan and execute our annual Summit, a key moment for our community. - (Optional) If you’re excited about storytelling or social media, there’s room to contribute to our communications too. **What You Bring**: - 5-7 years of experience in program or project management. - A self-starter with strong coordination and communication skills (good English is a must). - Someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams. - Entrepreneurial spirit is a must. **Core Criteria**: - **Entrepreneurial Quality**: Compelled to take creative initiative and ownership (e.g. founding an organization or company, starting a movement, or re-shaping the work of an existing organization).
