About the Role

We seek an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the governance, planning, and execution of complex IT projects. This role drives end-to-end program management, ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.



Job Description:
 
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Governance: Implement effective program governance frameworks and manage large, complex technology projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Technical Oversight: Lead projects within application development or system integration areas and provide hands-on technical solutions.
 

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years in IT project and program management or governance.
    • Proven expertise in application development, system integration, and SDLC processes.
    • Experience in telecom industry technologies like CRM, billing systems, and business intelligence (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in technical solutions for complex projects.
  • Certifications: PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 (preferred).
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
