Accelleron Management Trainee Program is to build individual competence through a series of demanding, cross functional, international assignment and gaining insight into the operational aspect of turbocharging business.

This program combines on-the-job training and formal learning with three assignments over 24 months.

Your Responsibilities

  • Our management trainee program offers a two-year program designed for recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in mechanical or marine engineering.
  • The Program combines on the job training and formal learning with four rotations assignments to build skills and experience, gaining insight in turbocharging operations, including an overseas stint.
  • Professional focus area covers Service Delivery & Consulting, Innovation, Customer's Approach and Health & Safety.

Your Background

  • Strong communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia) and analytical skills
  • Leadership skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial competence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Business Administration preferred)
  • Strong in data and marine/energy technology is a plus
  • Fresh graduated or less than 2 years
