**CURRENT OPPORTUNITY**:
The assignment will include the following but not limited to:
Project and Country Program Databases Management, with focus on Enabling Blue Carbon (EBC) Project:

- Assist in the creation, updating, and organization of the Country Program Databases - periodically making summary updates), ensuring records of partner organizations, key contacts, project details and relevant knowledge products with emphasis on the EBC project.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency of partners categorization, working closely with the SPU and EBC project team.
- Assist in tracking the EBC and other relevant project results at output and outcome level on a periodic basis, aligning with project indicators and logframe results in close coordination with the project's implementing team.
- Develop user-friendly guidance notes/manual for internal use to ensure accessibility and effective utilization of database system, as needed.
- Manage other databases, e.g., Strategic Partnerships Register, Initial Project Ideas, Recognized Project Pipeline, and MEL with special emphasis on evidence of impact and lessons learned.

Stakeholder Engagement Support:

- Support mapping of existing and potential stakeholders relevant to the EBC project and wider GGGI Indonesia portfolio at national and sub-national levels.
- Support coordination of SPU meetings and events with current and potential partners, including preparing agendas, organizing logistics, and documenting minutes and key takeaways for action follow-up.
- Support the drafting and editing of key messages to be delivered during stakeholder meetings and presentations.

Partnerships Strategy Support:

- Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting various partnerships strategy briefs / working papers, including GGGI internal strategy and action plans, proposals, as well as partnership agreements, with close coordination with the SPU team members.
- Conduct background analysis to inform the development of strategy papers, including analyzing best practices, lesson
- learned, and emerging trends in partnerships and productive engagement.
- Assist production of technical inputs for use by Communications.

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s (final year), Masters or PhD program prior to internship assignment, or a recent graduate within the last 12 months.
- Be engaged or recently engaged in academic study in a field directly related to the Institute’s work.
- Possess an excellent command of English.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and climate change.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with stakeholder communication strategies and experience in engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management system (CRM, SQL).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team. Strong attention to detail and ability to tailor communication to different audiences.

**TEMRS AND CONDITIONS**:
Duration: The internship program is for at least three months and up to six months. Once selected, interns must begin your internship either prior to or within 12 months of graduation.

Stipend: GGGI interns receive a monthly stipend of USD $500 per month (unless agreed to be funded by sponsoring institutions). All costs related to travel, insurance, accommodation, and living expenses must be borne by either the interns themselves or sponsoring institutions.

Visa: GGGI will provide a supporting letter for visa. Interns will be responsible for obtaining and financing the necessary visas.

Travel: Intern will arrange and finance their travel to the internship location.

Medical Insurance: Interns must present proof of valid medical insurance to GGGI upon returning the signed internship contract.

Confidentiality: Interns must keep confidential any and all unpublished information obtained during the course of the internship and may not publish any documents based on such information.
